By creating an account or using FRAGK, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree with any part of these terms, please don't use the platform.
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when signing up, and you must be old enough to legally use online services in your country. If you sign in with Google, your account is also subject to Clerk's and Google's own terms for authentication.
When you upload a match screenshot, it's sent to a third-party AI service (Groq) to extract stats like map, placement, and kills. By uploading a screenshot, you confirm it's your own match result and that you're not misrepresenting stats belonging to someone else. Uploaded screenshots may be reviewed by our team for accuracy or to investigate suspected abuse.
Stats extracted by our AI pipeline are generally accurate but not guaranteed to be error-free, particularly on unusual screen resolutions or heavily modified game UI. FRAGK's stats are intended for personal performance tracking and casual leaderboards — they shouldn't be treated as an official or disputable record for tournaments.
If you create or join a team using a join code, your match stats and roster information become visible to other members of that team. You're responsible for only sharing your team's join code with people you trust, and team owners are responsible for who they admit to their roster.
FRAGK displays leaderboards showing player names and stats publicly to all users. By uploading match data, you agree to your name and associated stats appearing on these leaderboards unless you've made other arrangements with Support.
While using FRAGK, you may not:
Accounts that violate these rules may be suspended or banned, generally with a warning first unless the violation is severe.
You retain ownership of the screenshots and content you upload. By uploading, you give FRAGK a limited license to process, store, and display that content back to you and, where applicable, to your team or on public leaderboards as described in these terms.
FRAGK is provided "as is." We don't guarantee the platform will always be available, error-free, or that AI-extracted stats will always be 100% accurate. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, and will try to give notice for any change that meaningfully affects your data or account.
You can request account deletion anytime through a Support ticket. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate section 7, or that we reasonably believe are being used fraudulently or abusively.
To the extent permitted by law, FRAGK isn't liable for indirect damages arising from your use of the platform, including decisions made based on inaccurate stat readings or leaderboard rankings. Nothing in these terms limits liability where it can't legally be limited.
We may update these Terms from time to time as FRAGK evolves. Continued use of FRAGK after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
Questions about these Terms? Reach out through the in-app Support ticket system after signing in.
