Plain-language summary at the bottom of this page

1. Who this policy covers

This policy applies to anyone who visits fragtrack.app, reads the blog, creates a FragTrack account, or uploads a match screenshot through the dashboard. FragTrack is operated by FragTrack Labs. If you have questions after reading this, our contact details are at the end.

2. What we actually collect

We try to keep this list short and specific rather than vague:

We don't ask for access to your PUBG Mobile account, and we don't require any in-game linking. Everything runs off the screenshots you choose to upload.

3. Why we collect it

Mainly, to make the product work: reading your screenshot and generating your dashboard requires processing the image. Beyond that, we use account and usage data to keep the service secure, respond to support requests, send you service-related emails (like a password reset), and — only if you've opted in — to improve the accuracy of our screenshot-reading model.

We do not use your match screenshots or performance data to build advertising profiles about you.

4. Model training and screenshot retention

By default, uploaded screenshots are processed to generate your stats and then retained so you can view your match history later — they are not shared with other users. Screenshots are anonymized before any use in improving our OCR model, and this training use is opt-in, not automatic; you can turn it off anytime in your account settings. If you delete a match from your dashboard, the associated screenshot is removed from active storage within 30 days.

5. Who we share data with

We don't sell your data. We do share limited data with a small number of service providers who help us run FragTrack, including hosting and infrastructure providers, our payment processor for billing, and basic analytics tooling to understand site usage. These providers only receive what they need to do their specific job and are bound by their own confidentiality and data-handling obligations.

We may disclose information if required by law, or if necessary to protect the security of FragTrack, our users, or the public.

6. Cookies and similar technology

FragTrack uses cookies and similar local storage for a few purposes: keeping you signed in, remembering basic preferences, and understanding aggregate site traffic through analytics. As we grow, this site may also display advertising served through third-party ad networks such as Google AdSense. Where that's the case, Google and its partners may use cookies to serve ads based on your visits to this and other sites; you can learn more about how Google uses this data, and manage your ad personalization settings, at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings at any time, though some parts of the dashboard may not work properly without them.

7. Your rights

Wherever you're located, you can ask us to:

To do any of this, email privacy@fragtrack.app. We'll respond within 30 days. If you're in the EU or UK, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

8. Data security

Screenshots and account data are encrypted in transit (via HTTPS/TLS) and at rest. Access to production data is limited to team members who need it to operate or support the service. No system is perfectly secure, and we can't guarantee absolute protection, but we treat this seriously and will notify affected users if a breach involving personal data occurs.

9. Children's privacy

FragTrack is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we'll remove it.

10. International users

FragTrack is used by players across many countries. By using the service, you understand your data may be processed in a country other than where you live, including countries where our hosting and infrastructure providers operate.

11. Changes to this policy

If we make a material change to how we handle your data, we'll update the date at the top of this page and, for significant changes, notify account holders by email.

12. Contact

Questions about this policy or your data can go to privacy@fragtrack.app, or use the contact page.
