Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, clicking agreement checkboxes, or using FragTrack, you enter a binding agreement with us under Pakistani law. If you disagree, do not use the platform.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User," "Player," or "you") and {{COMPANY_NAME}}("FragTrack," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the FragTrack web application, APIs, and related services (collectively, the "Service").
By registering an account, accessing match tracking dashboards, uploading scoreboard media, or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our companion Privacy Policy.
Description of Service
FragTrack helps competitive gaming squads log match results, parse scoreboard screenshots, track stats, and organize roster roles.
FragTrack provides an esports performance tracking and analytics platform. The Service allows individual players, in-game leaders (IGLs), coaches, and competitive squads to:
- Log match statistics including placements, kills, damage share, survival duration, and map details.
- Upload end-of-match scoreboard images for automated or semi-automated optical character recognition (OCR) parsing.
- View performance aggregates, rolling averages, teammate comparisons, and historical trends.
- Manage squad rosters and share team invite codes.
We may modify, expand, or adjust specific features of the Service as the platform develops.
Account Eligibility & Security
You must be at least 13 years old, provide accurate account details, and keep your login credentials private. You are responsible for all actions taken on your account.
3.1 Age Requirements
You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age required in your country to consent to online services) to create an account. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
3.2 Registration Accuracy
You agree to provide accurate, current email and gamer tag information during registration. Maintaining duplicate automated accounts or registering under false identities is prohibited.
3.3 Credential Protection
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password, email verification codes, and team invite codes. You agree to notify FragTrack immediately if you detect unauthorized access to your account.
Acceptable Use & User Conduct
Do not attack our servers, scrape private team data, share abusive content, spam invite codes, or attempt to falsify match statistics for fraudulent purposes.
When using FragTrack, you agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, extract source code, or bypass security barriers on the platform.
- Scrape, crawl, or mass-download data without prior written permission from FragTrack.
- Submit malicious files, corrupted screenshots, virus payloads, or automated submission spam.
- Harass, impersonate, or defame other players, teams, or tournament organizers.
- Misuse team invite codes to gain unauthorized access to another squad's internal match records.
- Violate Pakistan's Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act (PECA) 2016 or any other applicable laws.
User Content & Match Data
You own the match stats, team names, and scoreboard screenshots you upload. You grant FragTrack a limited license to store, process, and display that data so the product works for you and your squad.
5.1 Ownership of Your Data
You retain all ownership rights in the match data, gamer tags, team names, custom notes, and scoreboard images you submit to the Service ("User Content").
5.2 License Granted to FragTrack
To provide the Service, you grant FragTrack a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, parse (including OCR analysis), reproduce, compute aggregates for, and display your User Content to you and your authorized squad members.
5.3 Content Responsibility
You represent that you have the right to upload any scoreboard image or match record you submit, and that your uploads do not violate third-party privacy or intellectual property rights.
Intellectual Property Rights
FragTrack's code, designs, algorithms, logos, and UI belong to FragTrack. Game titles and third-party trademarks belong to their respective publishers.
The software, visual interfaces, interactive charts, database designs, branding, logos, and documentation that make up FragTrack are the property of {{COMPANY_NAME}} and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and trade secret laws.
All game titles, map names (such as Erangel, Miramar, Rondo), and publisher marks referenced in the dashboard belong to their respective copyright holders. FragTrack is an independent tracking tool and is not officially affiliated with or endorsed by game publishers.
Paid Plans & Future Billing
FragTrack currently offers free match tracking. If we launch paid tiers (such as Pro Squad or advanced analytics), clear pricing and billing terms will be published before you choose to purchase.
FragTrack does not currently charge mandatory subscription fees for core match logging. However, FragTrack may introduce paid subscription tiers or premium features in the future (such as higher OCR capacity, export capabilities, or advanced team management tools).
If and when paid plans launch:
- Pricing, billing cycles, renewal rules, and accepted payment methods will be clearly displayed before you confirm any purchase.
- Paid subscriptions will be optional; existing free tier access will remain subject to our free-tier feature scopes.
- Refund policies and cancellation procedures applicable to paid tiers will be published alongside the subscription checkout process.
Suspension & Termination
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms, attempt security attacks, or engage in abusive behavior.
Termination by You: You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team or using account management settings where available.
Termination by FragTrack: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms, misuse team invite systems, attempt system attacks, or engage in unlawful conduct.
Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The service is provided "as is." We work hard to keep it reliable, but we cannot guarantee zero downtime or faultless OCR reading.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, FRAGTRACK DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
FRAGTRACK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR REPUTATION ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any formal disputes will be handled exclusively in Pakistani courts.
These Terms, their interpretation, and any disputes arising out of or related to your use of FragTrack shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, without giving effect to conflict of law principles.
You agree that any legal action, suit, or proceeding arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be instituted exclusively in the competent courts located in Pakistan.
Modifications to These Terms
If we update these terms, we will update the date at the top and notify you on your next login or by email if the changes are significant.
We may revise these Terms from time to time as our features, legal obligations, or product operations evolve. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this document.
For material changes, we will provide notice through the application interface (such as a dashboard banner) or via email before the changes take effect. Continued use of FragTrack after the effective date constitutes your agreement to the revised Terms.
